George Salisbury | Managing Consultant, DETECON His main consulting subjects are Next Generation Networks (NGN) and the development of technology strategies for international telecommunications companies. Before joining Detecon he held a management function in an international telecommunications company, where he gathered more than four years of business and strategy experience. Prior to this George worked for international telecommunications equipment producers with an emphasis on the design and development of voice, IP and data communications networks for public and private customers. In total he as over 29 years of experience in the telecommunication industry and has been closely involved in the development of NGN concepts since 1995.

Thomas Kessler | Senior Consultant, DETECON Thomas Kessler is in charge of the “NG Core and Transport“ team. He joined Detecon in 2005. His main consulting subjects are technology strategies for telecommunication operators, NGN services and network migration strategy, planning and implementation as well as testing and verification of telecommunication solutions. He has extensive international experience in telecommunication projects around the world with special focus on operators in Europe, Southeast Asia and Russia. Thomas has more then 10 years of professional experience and project management in the telecommunication industry. Before he joined Detecon Thomas was working for a telecommunications equipment producers. He was also involved in research in the field of IP networks and traffic analysis.
