I want to become a professor of The State College of Accounting. I love teaching, I did realize it since I had worked in The State College of Accounting and started teaching as lecturer assistant of Lab of Principle.

Condition The State College of Accounting is the second highest structural institution, in position after Finance Education and Training Agency under the Ministry of Finance. Its main function is to nurture senior-high graduated from all over Indonesia to become the nagara dana rakca in Ministry of Finance or other institutions. The State College of Accounting consists of around a hundred of employees, spreading out in four departments. The first three are academic which are Departement of Akuntan, Departement of Ajun Akuntan and Departement of Pembantu Akuntan. The other one is supporting departement called secretariat which handle procurement, finance, human resources and other general functions. The State College of Accounting is reforming its organization structure, system operating procedure and finance in line with the improvement of quality after officially set as PK-BLU. With simple structure of employee composition (around a hundred), The State College of Accounting enables all level of employees to know each other and have good relationship among. I had worked for almost fourteen months before continue my study in Diploma IV. In fourteen months, my main job is making financial and performance reports monthly, quarterly, semiannually, annually and also did clerical job such as making letters, decrees of Head of Secretariat until decrees of Director of The State College of Accounting. Besides, I also joined a team of STAR-SDP, Workload Analysis, and became lecturer assistant of Lab of Principle.

Self Assessment My formal education historical background : 1. Always becoming the First Rank at Elementary School within the best class in SD Negeri II Rawalaut.

2. Always becoming the Biggest Three Rank at Junior-High School within the best class position in SLTPN4 Bandar Lampung. 3. Always becoming the Biggest Five Rank at Senior-School within the Accelerated Class Program in SMAN 2 Bandar Lampung. 4. Pass the the University of Indonesia by university entrance test (SPMB) majoring in Foreign Affair 5. Becoming the cumlaude 3.51, the 28th position graduate from STAN. 6. The last result of my IQ test is 145, it is classified as high level of intellectual person. I can conclude that I am intellectually clever.

Outstanding Graduate from First Step to Communicating in English at LBPP-LIA (passing the entrance test, directly to FSC II level stepping the FSC I behind) 2. Outstanding Graduate from Intermediate and Advance General English Class at LBPPLIA (passing the entrance test, directly to Intermediate I level stepping the five levels of Basic General English) 3. First Champion in Speech Contest in SLTPN 12 B. Lampung 4. First Champion in Speech Contest in SMAN 3 B.Lampung 5. First Champion in Speech Contest in SMAN 2 B.Lampung 6. Third Champion of Story Telling Contest in PORSENI B.Lampung 7. TOEFL prediction is 545, Essay English Test I Higher Intermediate, and Oral English Test in Advance Level. I can conclude that I have english-active skill.

Opportunity Assessment The available career is the structural position in Secretariat department especially in finance sub department. The good point is that The State College of Accounting needs accountant graduated. That is why I have big opportunity to fulfill the needs with my skills. The State College of Accounting is in progress of becoming research campus. I am going to take part of it by writing journal, start doing and encouraging research in every level of academic. That is become my milestone to accelerate my goal of becoming professor of The State College of Accounting majoring public finance policy. Here and after, I would like to prepare my GMAT, TOEFL, and other international standard test in order to join the scholarship program of Post Graduate abroad majoring in public finance in third year after graduated from Diploma IV.
