By Senators Chu and Kleinschmidt Date: 3 September 2009 AN ACT Adding By-law 201.01 (E). BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE: Sec. 1. The By-laws shall be amended to read: 201.01 (E) To represent the ASWSUV Senate at all Judicial Board hearings where the ASWSUV Senate is either a petitioner or respondent.
