AMENDMENT PROJECT Amendment 2, The Right To Bear Arms Amendment 2- A well regulated militia, being necessary to security of a free state, the Right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be in fringed This amendment was ratified in 12/15/1791 My meaning of this amendment is that, Americans are admitted to keep weapons with Them but only to be used when one’s life is threatened by another The benefits of the amendment are that you are allowed to keep a weapon with you in Times of emergency. The limitations of this amendment is that you can only keep the gun hidden if you have A concealed weapons permit. You are free to walk with a gun in plain sight but you may Cause mass chaos. I believe we need to keep with amendment because if our lives were threatened and we Only had the use of arms then as human nature we would use it to defend ourselves. If we were left without this amendment and the person who threatened us pressed Charges we would be in a tight bind and we may be charged an obscene amount of Money

Amendment 4, The Right To Search And Seizure

Amendment 4 – The right of the people to secure in their persons houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizure shall not be violated and no warrants shall issue oath or affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized This amendment was ratified in 12/15/1791 Amendment 4 means that when a crime is been committed in your area you do not have to let law enforcement into your homes without a search warrant filled out by a judge, which means you are protected by this amendment and they cannot disobey your rights The benefits of this amendment are that your rights to a search warrant have to be respected by the law enforcement The limitations of this amendment is when law enforcement officers are able to receive a search warrant to search any part of you or your property and you are unable to interfere with their investigations. I believe that we need to keep this amendment because if a vicious crime is committed in your area and you or someone else had a key item in the investigation and this amendment had never been put into effect then the crime may never be solved. This amendment allows a law enforcement agent to investigate your house for clues in their investigation with a search warrant and if you were allowed to interfere then theyre maybe a catastrophic ending to the investigation
