By Senators Chu and Shaw Date: 29 August 2009 AN ACT Adding By-law 260.13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE: Sec. 1. The By-laws shall be amended to read: 260.13 Any Bill that allocates funds for an event is required to display, “All advertisements shall be approved by the Public Relations Director prior to distribution.” A. The Prime Sponsor of the Bill will assist the requestor in this process. STATEMENT OF FACT: ASWSUV funds support various events on and off campus. The people in attendance should know how the event is made possible. The approval of the Public Relations Director is a critical step to ensure that ASWSUV is given the recognition due to it.
