By Senators Chu and Guzman Date: 17 August 2009 AN ACT Amending By-law 280.01 (D). BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE: Sec. 1. The By-laws currently read: 280.01 (D) Post and maintain at least two (2) office hours per week. Sec. 2. The By-laws shall be amended to read: 280.01 (D) Post and maintain at least three (3) office hours per week. Sec. 3. This By-law will take effect Spring Semester 2010. STATEMENT OF FACT: This change will increase the amount of office hours required of Senators. This change is in response to the increase in pay that the Senate received under Constitutional Amendment 18.003. Senate Passed __________ Date
