The PBDMPCI is 1. A voluntary association organized and open to all women residing in the municipality of Paniqui. 2. Registered as non-agricultural cooperatives with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) on January 4, 1995 with registration number PGA 1830. What is its purpose? 1. To generate capital from among the members and to encourage savings through: a. systematic and continuous savings program b. wise use of money 2. To grant loans to each members for productive and providential purposes at a reasonable rate of interest. What is its objective? The objectives of this cooperative are those set forth in its Articles of Cooperation and those generally granted to cooperatives under R.A. 6938, and the rules and regulations there under. What is its vision? To be a progressive community base organization bonded with strong faith on the ability of members to uplift their economic conditions and guided by the principles of justice and equality set forth by the Almighty. What is its mission? To improve the economic conditions of marginalized members and small entrepreneurs by harnessing their potentials, providing them financial assistance and other services for them to become a productive and responsible citizen of the community. Who are qualified for membership? 1. A Filipino female citizen residing in the municipality of Paniqui. 2. A Filipino female citizen who is currently working or doing livelihood in the municipality of Paniqui. 3. Must pledge to undertake the obligations and responsibilities of membership.

4. Must complete the prescribed pre-membership cooperative education program (PMEP). 5. Must be able to make use of the service of the PBDMPCI is more particularly the savings and loan services and other allied functions relative thereto. Financial Statements Financial statements are submitted every month to the Board of Directors, or the other hand, the Audit and Inventory Committee must submit audited financial statements quarterly and audited financial statement annually to the general assembly. Employees Currently, the cooperative is composed of 5 employees who are also known as the management staff.
