Based on the different types of users – the logged in, not logged in, not registered users, the capability of personalising the webpages in Ba.com and Iberia.com are developed. This initiative has given a profit of more than 20 million dollars to the customer satisfaction and travel easy interfaces and easy identification of lost baggages using personalised interfaces. Role: Business Analyst Responsibilities:    

Facilitated requirement elicitation workshops using web conferences with various stakeholders comprising of clients and other vendors. Acted as a junior Product owner, I have prioritised, understand the value and the needs of the requirements coming inline. Extensive use of Kanban board on the regular updates and change the prioritisation depending on the customer’s need and good negotiation skills. Project Description: – This project which ran in Waterfall model, consists of a product which shows all the reports based on what people watch in the television like, the series, ads, etc and ultimately what they buy by watching these ads. This reports consists of geographical of European countries’ data, which channels is being watched at what timing. Our role is to build a product with reports of intrinsic details such as which region, what kind of people watch this, real time discovery of timing and streaming of channels. Role: Business Analyst Responsibilities:       

Liaised with different countries stakeholders part of Europe and understand their in country requirements and common requirements. Involved in the elicitation and analysis of requirements by conducting client review meetings with different stakeholder teams. Project Description: – This project which ran in Scrum model, consists of a product called Report Builder, which is capable of creating a report based on customer needs as there is no need of a static report to be generated every time. This is broadly categorized based on Markets, Products, Period and the Rate. Customer can customize the report based on number of markets in his particular area, conditional format the highlighted ones, use negative ranking, sorting and make use of email/print and pdf functions. This project had various modules and as a business analyst, I understood the complexity involved in integrating each module and assisted till the production release of the project. Role: Business Analyst Responsibilities:       

Involved in the requirement elicitation and impact analysis for North America Region including USA, Mexico and Canada customers in creating a wholesome tool for reporting called Report Builder. Engaged with Stakeholders and have created deliverables such as Epics, User Stories, Test cases and Test Plan documents.
