Good Evening everyone. AS it must be clearly visible from my “athletic “ build , I love to Eat. So when I was deciding about what topic to speak on, I wanted to make sure that the topic is related to food. Today I m going to talk about a guy because of whom most of us had our first encounter with burgers. I am talking about the mastermind behind the Mcdonald’s franchise, Ray Kroc. Ray Kroc was basically a salesman throughout his life. His last venture before McDonalds was selling a device called MultiMixer milkshake machines . Initially these mixers were in demand but as time passed the demand went down. It was getting more and more difficult to sell these machines . So when at the age of 52 when Ray was struggling to sell the MultiMixer his last client was a small roadside stall in San Bernadino, McDonalds Hamburgers. After seeing the simplest ,minimalistic and innovative idea of burgers and fries he knew this is one place everybody should experience. As an expert sales man Ray Kroc took Mcdonalds from being a roadside stall to one of the world’s most recognizable band. I would like you all to notice three things about Ray. First Age is just a number Ray Kroc was 52 when he first walked into MCdonalds. At that age most people start thinking about settling down. But Ray initiated MCDonalds at that age. So we should never lose hope ,when the time is right we will achieve our dream. Believe in yourself. Secondly Ray Kroc always believed that it was sheer hardwork and determination that leads to success. We should just work hard and believe that everything will pan out in the end. Third life is not fair . Ray Kroc tried and failed on multiple occasions . But he kept on trying and ultimately achieved success. Sometimes in your life you will be the only person who believes in something and life will not be easy - Don't loose sight of your goal With this I would close .
