Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), made statements on what they observed: targeting of civilians. Unfortunately, Big Media - at least the American media - served as Bush's player piano, and ran with the "Georgian Spring" line, as if the events mirrored the Soviet intervention in Czekoslovakia (1968). That left out the explanation for the 8 hour barrage, which I will refer to as the: Blitz-Kleenz. Following the barrage, Georgian tanks attacked Tskhinvali. There were indiscriminate attacks on civilians and buildings, causing numerous deaths, and further ethnic cleansing. OSCE Monitors and Russian Peacekeepers (under OSCE mandate) attempted to stop the slaughter, only to be fired on. Russia claims that 15 Peacekeepers were murdered and 150 wounded.

And the Georgian Foreign Minister claims that Georgia had carried out a counter-attack, after Russian tanks had come through the Roki Tunnel (only connection with North Ossetia, Russia). In this video, a European reporter asks her why Georgia didn't attack these alleged Russian columns at the tunnel. She claims an attack was made on a bridge, but says it was ineffective. That is a brazen lie.

NGO REPORTS: The Russians, Human Rights Watch and the OSCE have found that the result of said barrage was: ethnic cleansing. The tunnel and environs were not attacked because the Georgians expected a fait accompli, and wanted the tunnel intact to facilitate their plans. The attack was conducted at night so that it could not be monitored by either satellite or aerial photos. Captured POWs report that they were NOT told that they would be confronting Russians. In fact, Georgian polls reveal large support for close ties with Russia. It is a fact, that members of the regular army abandoned military vehicles, weapons, uniforms and flags, in what Bush and Saakashvili are painting as a national salvation struggle. As for the Russian tanks, independent media and OSCE observers have established that tanks did not move through the tunnel until Aug. 8, early in the morning. And they didn't reach Tskinvali until 4PM.

LAME-DUCK: In my estimate, support for Saakashvili could be no higher than 10%. Most Georgians blame him for the war. He had a bizarre rise to power

in the so-called Rose Revolution. In that incident, members of a youth movement financed by American billionaire, George Soros, stormed the national assembly and pushed the pro Russian president, Eduard Shevardnadze out. Saakashvili, also secretly on the Soros payroll, went to the president's home and asked him to resign for the sake of the country. Be aware: Shevardnadze blames his successor for the war. However, the opposition has chosen silence, in face of the partial occupation.

SUPREMACISM: After conniving his way into power, one of the first things that Saak did was to rehabilitate a former president, Gamsakhurdia who, on election to the presidency in 1990, proclaimed a "Georgia for the Georgians" policy, which led to civil war. In addition, he supported Chechen independence and financed terror in that other breakaway section of Russia. Note: Newt Gingrich passed a resolution of the US Congress, nominating Gamsakhurdia for the Nobel Prize. Once he was toppled, he joined up with Georgian guerillas in the west of Georgia, only to be captured, murdered and his body buried in the Chechen autonomous zone. After Saak won election in 2004, one of his first acts was to have Gamask's body buried in Georgia's Pantheon of Heroes. The man was an ethnic cleanser. IRONY OF IRONIES; Saak had been brought to Georgia from his American college career, to serve as Shevardnadze's Justice Minister. STRONG MAN: When in power, Saak furthered work on the B-T-C pipeline. That setup was bizarre, because the closest route was through Armenia. When Bush's Afghan and Iraq ventures were flopping, he found in Georgia a stooge for his "Coalition of the Willing" in Iraq. The above bothered the BTC investors, and the Strong Man's boss: Bush. Further, billions of dollars worth of sophisticated US and Israeli weaponry (Georgia's Defense Minister has an Israeli passport), had poured into Georgia. REPUBLICAN SUCCESSION: Bush's chosen successor, John McCain, had been manipulated into winning the GOP nomination. Circumstances suggest that Bush asked Randy Sheunemann (then a lobbyist for Georgia; once a major actor in the war-making scheme against Iraq) to get the Strong Man to act out a play that would conduce continuity of GOP rule. Once Saak agreed, all that was needed was: enlist Pentagon Gamers in devising a plan to float unsettled troubles in the Caucasus, while setting up Russia for a Zero Sum result. If Big Media acted out their player piano script, McCain would be cast as Container of the Bear. Problem: no game could be played out without deaths, and a workable plan would allow zero plausible denial, WHEN war crime accusations fell on Bush.

INTELLIGENCE GAMES: The Pentagon and CIA decided the Game would have to look like Georgia's hand was forced, and Russia got slapped. The timing was obvious: during the Opening Ceremonies of the Olympic Games with the leaders

of China, Russia and America in Beijing. Bush would convince NATO to hold a major operation that would end 7 days before the Play. Operation Immediate Response 2008 (July 15-31) was to take place on Georgian soil. Winning would mean: American voters would believe that there was unfinished work, that the Democratic candidate, Barack Obama, either wouldn't or couldn't complete. BLITZ-KLEENZ PLAN: although 1000 US troops would exercise at the NATO event, all but 137 would return to the US, by Aug. 7. While there is no proof that US Advisors participated in the Blitz-Kleenz, they would have known of same because most were billeted in barracks near Tblisi (Russia attacked these by air). Saakashvili's script required that he appear on Georgian state television at 7 PM on Aug. 7. He would offer autonomy to South Ossetia, while artillery and rocket launchers were moving towards the high points to the south of Tskinvali, on Georgian soil. A Blitz-Kleenz operation would cause the South Ossetians to move en masse to Russia. Those that the barrage couldn't murder or cleanse, would be cut to pieces by the tanks that were to arrive in the morning. Bush's Strong Man would not have either carried out Genocide or used NATO as an instrument of ethnic cleansing without the full compliance of his Paymaster. FAILURE: Neither Bush nor Saakashvili gave a thought to the fact that Georgians did not want to fight Russians. There were some engagements, but most Georgians retreated. Although some field - not mechanized - artillery groups fought, these groups worked closest to the Americans. The Russians

Given Bush's consequent success in fast-tracking NATO applications and reversing vetoes, not to mention future problems in the Crimea, it has to be said that Saakashvili was assigned a bit player role. COMMISSION OF CRIMES: If US Advisors oversaw Georgia's use of weapons of war against civilians, the International Court of Justice's (IJC) notion of "command responsibility" would fall on anyone who held the power to prevent and punish those who committed war crimes. Of course, Bush has kept the US out of IJC range. In addition, use of war as means to confer a private benefit onto a presidential candidate, is patently Seditious. In this case, the obstruction of justice that frustrated the Watergate investigation would not have the same effect here, once it is disclosed that Saakashvili's American controllers likely operated on military orders that persons were not at liberty

to disobey. The same parties would obey an order to disclose. Culpability would fall on the planners, and those who sanctioned the operation.

MEDIA-POLITICAL NEGLIGENCE: Russians have been able to capture both US and Israeli military technology that cannot be sold to Russia. The American media refuses to paint either the real aggressor or any gross negligence, with any degree of accuracy. "Tbilisi Spring" BS is all they will issue. Media elites do not want victory for any of the two candidates in the US election, who favor a regional solution to the Caucasus Crisis. They loved the Oil Patch Brat: George Bush. They spread the same love for the PenTagon Brat: John McCain.

I ask that media members with personal integrity demand that Defense Intelligence' release of satellite data, that either confirms or denies the verity of the contradictory claims of Georgia and Russia.
