Planning • the process of establishing goals and a suitable course of action for achieving those goals • includes defining goals, establishing strategy, and developing plans to coordinate activities

Organizing • the process of engaging two or more people in working together in a structured way to achieve a specific goal or set of goals • determining what tasks are to be done, who is to do them, how the tasks are to be grouped, who reports to whom, and where decisions are to be made Module 05-Four management activities
