License application form according to the prepared form data. (Model No. 1 2. Copy of the legal document or the letter of allocation of the General Authority for Housing or the lease of state property 3. Copy of the design agreement between the owner and the engineering office. 4. An organizational book of transactions requiring the submission of an organizational opinion by the Department of Organization in the municipality. 5. A two-year insurance policy for the duration of the license and three years for implementation (for projects). 6. Submit architectural plans approved by the owner of the consulting house containing: General site layout and construction focus with heights certified by the Department of Organization. Concentrate the spaces in each role with a bounce. Table of percentages and construction areas. Horizontal projections for each role, indicating the limits of rebounds. Sectors of the four facets with materials used and colors. A perspective of the main interfaces. Decline for building heights. 7. Approval of the General Department of Fire Department (Prevention Department) on design. 8. The following pledges are made by the owner of the consulting house: 1. Pledge to conform to the plans submitted with the building regulations and the prescribed ratios (Model No. 2) 2. A commitment to submit the construction plans with a commitment to the safety of the structural design (Annex 3) 3. Committed to work out plans to meet the requirements of the concerned authorities to issue the license represented in: Ministry of Electricity and Water (Electricity Schemes) Ministry of Public Works (Sewerage) Ministry of Communications (Telephone Plans) Environment Public Authority (for factories) General Directorate of Civil Aviation (for heights) (Annex 4)
B- Municipality of Kuwait (Municipality Branch in Governorate - Engineering Licensing Department): Check the contents of the booklet's booklet as follows: 1. Study the plans and make sure that they conform to the building regulations and review the areas and make sure that they are within the permitted proportions of the building by the architect without the need for the painter. 2. Ensure that all requirements for issuing the license are met through the advisory role. 3. The architect's approval on the brochure. 4. Issuing the license approved by the director of the competent department. 5. The brochure is saved in the technical file of the property Phase 2: Receipt of borders
Advisory role: The municipality's advisory role at the border reception stage provides the following documents: 1. Contract between the owner and the contractor (copy of the license of the contractor by the municipality and the Central Tenders Committee). 2. Amount of insurance for project implementation - or bank guarantee. 3. Supervised supervision by the Municipal Practice Committee. 4. Signature of the form of receipt of the border by the owner, the contractor and the competent administration. B - Kuwait Municipality (Municipality Branch in the Governorate - Engineering Control Department): 1. Ensure that all border delivery requirements are met. 2. Approve the border delivery form and agree to start implementation. 3. Documents are saved in the property's technical file. Stage 3: Power Supply: Advisory role: The municipality's advisory role at the request phase of the electricity supply is provided by the following documents: • Request an electrical current transmission from the owner of the advisory role with the following: 1. Book termination supervision. 2. Structural drawings as executed on the nature are sealed from the construction department only (approved by the owner of the office not being studied and are the responsibility of the advisory house + construction report). 3. Schemes of the Ministries of Services concerned with the issuance of the license for which the undertaking has been submitted. B - Kuwait Municipality (Municipality Branch in the Governorate - Engineering Control Department): 1. Ensure that the required documents are completed at this stage. 2. To detect the existing building and to review all the requirements related to the delivery of electricity and matching the plans with what is applied to nature. 3. Issuing a book to the Ministry of Electricity and Water to connect the electricity to the property (if all requirements are met). 4. All documents submitted in this stage are reserved with the advisory role and are available to the owner and the municipality.
