Sundaram Clayton - Updates Sundaram Clayton Ltd has informed BSE regarding copy of the circulars sent to the shareholders of the Company advising them about the method of computation of cost of acquisition per share of SCL and WABCO-TVS allotted in terms of the scheme of arrangement between SundaramClayton Ltd (SCL) and WABCO-TVS (India) Ltd (WABCO-TVS) and their respective shareholders and creditors sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras.
Suspended for spinoff – not trading currently.
