THIS HAS IT’S BENEFITS , BECUASE THIS GIVE LOCAL AUTHORITIES OPPORTUNITY OF SPENDING THE MONEY ON OTHER ISSUES SURROUNDING PLAY GROUNDS SUCH AS ANTI VANDLISM AND MAINTENCE COST S. HOWEVER, THIS ALSO HAS A NEGATIVE EFFECT BY REDUCING THE QUALITY OF PLAY TO A MINIMUM. THIS ALSO EFFECTS THE CHILD’S DEVELOPMENT PROCESS.
