Brotherhood of the Clouds Department of Foreign Affairs Policy 1. Basics

The Department of Foreign Affairs shall be headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, henceforth known as the MoFA. The MoFA shall be appointed to his/her position by the President of the BoC. Should a new president be elected, then it is up to the new president to either keep the current minister or replace them with a new one. Should the MoFA need additional help in the the daily running of his/her department they they may elect up to two(2) Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs(henceforth known as DMoFA) to assist them. These DMoFA are considered members of the government and do not need to be approved by the BoC President to be assigned. However the President and the other BoC government members must be notified.
