Opportunity Required Fields: New Creation: Subject, Customer, Document Type, Primary Contact, Employee Responsible, Sales Org, Sales Office, Distribution Channel, Division, Start date, Close date, Status, Sales Phase After Save and open: Priority, Notes, Lead ID, Product Tab to select product, Activity tab to create task, phone call, appointment, Involved Parties.

Sales Quote Required Fields: New Creation: Subject, Customer, Document Type, Primary Contact, Employee Responsible, Sales Org, Sales Office, Distribution Channel, Division, Valid from date, Valid to date, Status. After Save and open: Priority, Notes, Lead ID, Opportunity ID, Product Tab to select product, Activity tab to create task, phone call, appointment, Involved Parties.

NOTE: If we can keep Document Flow in all of these screens it will be more good.

Master Data Customer, Product Category, Product, Employee (Fields as same as LMS system). Apart from this we need to design one more master data screen for maintaining company hierarchy structure. Below screenshot is for your perusal.
