Visit Report Client :Birla Cellulosic , Kosamba Nature of Visit : Installation of New Face machines Taken Actions:13/03/2018 -

All the machine which was installed and made ready to user earlier, working Ok. Data Capturing also working Ok. But data not export to their Oracle server. Made a new Query to solve the issue

14/03/2018 -

Auto export issue resolved and working properly. Data exported to their server, shown & checked by Mr. Dharmendra (IT). Some emp’s finger punching issue found, due to registration of Face & Finger was not done properly. Problem was resolved after Re-registering the person’s Finger and face.

15/03/2018 -

Re-registered data were transferred successfully to all M/Cs. Because of Client’s Site problem M/Cs Mounting was halted to resolve ‘Altitude & Angle.’ Time zone & ‘Administrator’ Settings done into M/C as per client’s requirement also given proper guidance to Mr. Kamlesh Parikh access the M/Cs administratively.

16/03/2018 -

By the limitation of software Auto-Capturing tool captured only ONE selected M/C. Existing machine installation site is not suitable for NEW face machines to use productively As per client, Due to their ‘company Shut Down’ they’ve to stop the further progress for Wall mounting. Rest of all installation has been done from our side.
