LANCASTLE CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS Chaired and Authorised by Chancellor Dacara

Preamble: The Lancastle Bill of Rights shall be herby known as the Lancastle "Charter of Rights and Freedoms." Division I- General Article 1 Entitlement to rights and freedoms without distinction: Every person is entitled to equality before the law and to the human rights and fundamental freedoms set out in this charter, irrespective of distinctions such as population, political ideals, domestic civil liberties, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, other status. Article 2 Effect of Charter of Rights and Freedoms on existing rights and freedoms: A right of freedom existing under all laws and shall not be diminished under any act or sub-law.

Division 2- Non-discrimination Article 4 Equal protection of the law: I. Every person has the right without any discrimination to the equal protection of the law. II. No one client is subjected to be above any of the articles stated, regardless of population, political status and gender. Article 5 Rights of minority groups: Persons who belong to any form of minority have the right, in community with other members of their own group, to enjoy their own freedom, to profess and practise their own rights.

Division 3- Fundamental Political Rights Article 6 Right of participation in pubic life: Every Lancastle citizen has the right and shall have the opportunityI. To take part in the conduct of public affairs, directly or through freely chosen representatives; II. To vote and to be elected at genuine period elections which shall be by universal suffrage and by secret ballot, guaranteeing the free expression of the will of the electors; and III. To have access on general terms of quality to public employment. Article 7 Freedom of expression: To seek, receive and impart ideas or information of any kind in any form, without interference.

Article 8 Freedom of thought and conscience: Every person has the right to freedom of expression, including the freedom of thought and conscience. Every person holds this right, including the right to hold opinions without interference. Article 9 Right of peaceful assembly: Every person has the right of peaceful assembly. Article 10 Freedom of association: Every person has the right to freedom of association with others, including the right to form and join trade unions and political parties for the protection of that person’s interests.

Division 4- Freedom of Movement Article 12 Rights of persons in Lancastle: I. Every person lawfully in Lancastle has the right to freedom of movement and choice of residence. II. A person who is lawfully in Lancastle but is not of Lancastle citizenship shall not be required to leave Lancastle except on such grounds and in accordance with such procedures as are established by law. Article 13 Right to enter Lancastle: Every Lancastle citizen has the right to enter Lancastle. Article 14 Right to leave Lancastle: Every person has the right to leave Lancastle.

Division 5- Life, Liberty and the Criminal Process Article 15 Right to Fair Trial: Every Lancastle citizen has the right to a fair trial under the full extent of the law and in accordance to this charter. Article 16 Criminal Process: I. Every Lancastle citizen has the responsibility after the first offence under Lancastle law to be subjected to ejection from government and temporary revocation of party membership. II. After the second offence shall be subjected to ejection from the government and region, and serve a life ban from the region. Article 17 Civil and Political Liberty: All citizens of Lancastle has the right be to innocent until proven guilty and not be subjected to discrimination under the law.

Division 6- Ratification The Charter of Rights and Freedoms shall be ratified by an 75% majority of the Legislature, and to be signed by the Grand Lord and King of The Grand Empire of Lancastle.
