Responsible for Branch Budgeting of Variable cost, Fixed cost and Controllable Costs. Responsible for statutory Matters pertaining to Sales Taxes, TDS, Professional Taxes, Service Taxes, Fringe Benefit Taxes, ESIC, Shop & Establishments, Other Ex-gratia, etc. Responsible for Branch Sales & Stock Accounting, Inventory Management. Debtors control Management, Sales Forecasting and its upload in the system, GIT tracking, Demand – Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management. Responsible for updation of Customer and Vendor master in SAP environment. Responsible for control over Overhead Expenses. Responsible for Branch Payroll Management and MIS. Responsible for Management of our external vendors like Banks, Trade, Transporters, Agencies, etc. Adherence of Company’s policy to safeguard the business interest of the Company within the Branch.
