Better Baked Ziti 1/2 lb ziti 15 oz ricotta cheese 3 cups (12oz) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 3 cups spaghetti sauce, divided 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Cook ziti according to package directions, drain. Grease 9x13 pan. Cover the bottom with 1.5 cups of spaghetti sauce. Mix ricotta cheese, ziti, and half of mozzarella together. Spoon ziti mixture into the pan over the spaghetti sauce. Cover with remaining spaghetti sauce, parmesan, then mozzarella. Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. This recipe doubles very easily!
