Bella’s Scarf Pattern
This is a pattern written to match ‘Bella’s Mittens’ inspired by the mittens worn by Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan in the film Twilight. Equipment: 5.5mm needle,, cable needle, pattern. Yarn: mer DK yarn, using 3 balls. I have used Katia 100% merino Abbreviations: 6FLC:: Slip 3 stitches to cable needle, hold in front, knit 3 stitches, knit stitches from cable needle. stitches, knit stitches from 6BRC:: Slip 3 stitches to cable needle, hold In back, knit 3 stitches, cable needle. Pattern: Cast on 42 stitches. Rib: Row 1: *k2, p2* Repeat to last 2 stitches, k2. k Row 2: *p2, k2* Repeat to last 2 stitches, p2. p Repeat for 8 more rows. Cable Pattern: Row 1: k2, p3, k12, p3, k2, p3, k12, p3, k2. k Row 2: p2, k3, p12, k3, p2, k3, p12, k3, p2. p Row 3: Repeat row 1. Row 4: Repeat row 2. Row 5: Repeat row 1. Row 6: Repeat row 2. Row 7: k2, p3, 6FLC, 6BRC, p3, k2, p3, p 6FLC, 6BRC, p3, k2.

Row 8: Repeat row 2. Row 9: Repeat row 1. Row 10: Repeat row 2. Row11: Repeat row 1. Row 12: Repeat row 2. Row 13: Repeat row 1. Row 14: Repeat row 2.
Repeat from row 7 until desired length, then K2, P2 rib for 10 rows and bind off. My scarf required wet blocking, however yours may not.
