Before Dawn A werewolf’s story by J. David

Prologue She was holding tightly my hair, keeping me down. I wanted to shout, cry, and flounce with all my strengths to stop that madness. Jacob was used by those gross bloodsuckers. Now it all made sense. That scar, my problems with turning into a werewolf and, further more, my special gifts. I wasn’t just one-of-a-kind. No… I was abominable. “So, what do we do now? Oh! I can play with you a bit...” That girl said with pure delight in her voice. I knew what I had to do. It was the only way to save what was left for me. The memories started pumping out in flashes inside my head while I was grabbing a shard of glass. “As if this could affect me!” I heard that nasty voice when she balanced my head a bit. I laughed. I started to raise my arm towards my hair holding the shard as if it were a sacred item, the thing that would make the entire difference. Edward understood what I was doing and even behind one of those nasty Volturi’s dogs I could see his expression. He was shocked. When the bells of the church rang, my hair was already down all over the floor. By that time, I was sure that my eyes had grown scarlet red.
