BCA Protein Assay
Procedure 1 (standard assay ) – test-tube ( Sample : WR = 1 :20 ) •
Reagent A: → 1g BCA + 2g Na-carbonate + 0,4g NaOH + 0,95g Na-bicarbonate + Na-tartrate → fill up to 100 ml with dH2O → echilibrate pH = 11,25 ( 10M NaOH )

Reagent B: 0,4g cupric sulfate in 10ml dH2O
•
Standard working sol. (SWR): 100x ReagentA + 2x ReagentB ( 50:1 )

30 min, 37C 0,1ml Sample/ Standard
10 min, RT
