6.0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 6.1 Order & Payment Order & Payment should be made to RVM CADSOFT 5E/12 B.P. SECOND FLOOR RAILWAY ROAD N.I.T FARIDABAD HARYANA Kind Attn.: RAVI MAKHIJA as per following schedule : 80% Advance with the order and balance 20% against delivery of software. Sales tax @4% against Form-C/D or as applicable. 6.2 Maintenance : The price quoted includes maintenance for 1 year from the date of Installation or 13 months from the date of despatch whichever is earlier. Support, implementation , training and upgrades on the software during this period would be free of charge. 6.3 Training: Training will also be provided at RVM CADSOFT, 6.4 Supply: 6 to 8 weeks after obtaining all clearances on receipt of your order technically and commercially clear in all respects. 6 Software & Documentation Software & Documentation will be provided in the form of CD-ROM only.
