4 large eggs (250gm) 250 gm self raising flour 250 gm mashed ripe bananas 1 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
preheat oven to 170 deg C beat a) until creamy add wisked eggs sieve in c) and mix till even lastly add in banana and cinnamon powder. mix till even pour in muffin cup (about 65 gm), and bake for 18 to 20 mins. for extra tasty and more sinful, top with whipped cream and wild berry jam. enjoy the cup cakes. yummy.
