Abstract of Project :In Modern world though there are many developments in the field of engineeing. But still there are many diffulties in the field of agriculture. Agriculture sector is changing the economic environment of the population due to globlization. Agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy and it will remains as it for a long time. Even now, in India most of the Agriculture based mahine depands on burning of fossil fuels to run engines. To meet the future food demands, the farmers have to implement the new techniques which will not effect the soil texture but will increase the corp production. The objective of this worke is to develop the effective machine to minimize the working cost and reduce the time of seed sowing by utilizing solar energy. In this project solar panel has used to recharge the battery and convert electrical energy which in turn is used to charge 12*2 volts battery, which then gives the neccessary power to start DC motor. This DC motor convert electrical energy into mechanical energy to rotate wheel, seed hopper mechanism and operate digging nobe. The main purpose of this machine is to automate the process of digging and seed sowing at proper distance and depth also this machine reduce cost of fuel, reduce requirments of the labour. Fabrication of seed sowing macine reports significant improvement in seed showing phenomenon and the operating cost reported less as compare to the other machines available in market.
