AYAM GORENG TEPUNG (1) Bahan: 300 g daging ayam tanpa kulit dan tulang, potong 3x3 cm 1 siung bawang putih, parut minyak goreng Pencelup: 1 butir telur ayam 100 ml air 1 sdt garam ½ sdt merica bubuk 100 g tepung terigu Cara membuat: 1. Lumuri potongan ayam dengan bawang putih hingga rata. 2. Celupkan tiap potongan ayam dalam adonan pencelup. 3. Goreng dalam minyak panas dan banyak hingga kuning keemasan dan kering. 4.
