It is clear how the event changed/influenced the author. Thoughtful and interesting conclusion. The story is very well organized. One idea or scene follows another in a logical sequence with clear transitions. The paper is divided into paragraphs There is an appropriate amount of dialogue to bring the characters to life and it is always clear which character is speaking. New paragraphs are started each time a new character begins to speak and there are no errors in punctuation. There are no more than two categorical errors in spelling/punctuation/ grammar, etc. Meets all technical requirements: • Double Spaced • Typed in 12pt font • MLA header • Page Numbers • Title (Centered) • 500 words Shows evidence of all stages of the writing process: • Prewriting Chart • Rough Draft • Revision • Editing
