YES! Program: We need chaperones for our kids’ day camp program. Every Thursday in August. Wild Animal Park and Surf Camp. (Muster at our HQ office in Murphy Canyon. FREE LUNCH. Must have own transportation. (THURSDAYS, 0730-1630) (6 volunteers MAX for each trip)

ACTIVE DUTY PROGRAM

Naval Base San Diego Ship Homecoming: We need help keeping children entertained while waiting for the ships to pull in. We will set up a kids’ craft table. Crafts, balloons, etc. Please call Ashley to sign up and for times. (SATURDAY, 1 AUGUST) (8 PEOPLE MAX)

Feeding America San Diego: We will be sorting and stocking the warehouse to make sure our local San Diegans in need are fed. (THURSDAY, 6 1 Homecoming! AUG AND 20 AUG 1800-2000) KIDS ARE WELCOME AGES 6 AND UP. PLEASE INFORM US IF YOU ARE BRINGING A CHILD. (40 VOLUNTEERS Call for times MAX)

PADRES GAME VS. NY METS: Catch a free round trip ride on our bus to the Padres game! Bus leaves ASYMCA Snyder Hall at 1200. Pacific BeaPacific Mt. Helix con will be giving away 35 free tickets on 7 August, 1700, Pacific Beacon Beacon free Park Clean Up front desk. First come, first served. One ticket per person.

Volunteers needed for unloading food from a semi-truck for hundreds of families for a free food giveaway. (THURSDAY, 27 AUGUST 0900-1300) (20 VOLUNTEERS MAX)
