Ref:- APAO’s Lr.No. APAO/ T.G.P./NLR/Sn.III/A3/08-09/27 Dt. 7.8.2008. **** With reference to the Asst. Pay & Accounts Officer’s letter cited above, I am to inform that as per Agreement the period of valuation Bank Guarantees covered upto 5.1.2009 covering the maintenance period.

The E.O.T period granted upto

15.7.2008 by the Superintending Engineer, SSLC & SB Circle, Nellore. The Bank Guarantees may be revalidated covering E.O.T period including maintenance period of two years one month before expires of the Bank Guarantee period. The same will be obtained from the Bank Authorities. Hence I request that the bills may please be admitted for arranging payment.
