Attorney General- Cover Letter To The Affidavit

State of Texas Office of The Attorney General Mr. John Cornyn PO Box 12548 Austin, TX 78711-2548 July 6, 2000 Sir, Please accept my letter and attached affidavit as a formal criminal complaint. It is the best that I can do under the circumstances. The facts and victims I identify evidence a crime committed against at least 145 residents of Texas, if not more, from the period of 1995 to 1996. The acts alleged were committed by agencies and instrumentalities of a foreign government and lead to the suffering, injury and death of those victims I have named. The crimes alleged are either the direct consequences of a premeditated act to cause the death of citizens of the United States or the indirect result of the criminal negligence and incompetence of the officials, agencies and instrumentalities in question. I hope what I do now does some good to expose the tragedy which apparently only I seem able to expose. The families of the dead and dying residents of Texas have no idea they have been victims of a heinous act of discrimination and an inhuman scheme to somehow profit by inducing their suffering. I’ll continue to do what I can, however much. Hoping at each corner I turn someone will appear ready to listen. I remind you of the Herve and Dufoix case in France among others. It does not matter how removed from the act itself those responsible are, their status on politics. Even if my allegations only prove to be incompetence and negligence on the part of those responsible, it is still a crime and even if I am only partially right that part should be adequate enough to provide sufficient questions upon which you might act.
