Responsibility: CMS and GECIS-ITS providing IT Services to all GE & Non-GE businesses. CMS is taking care of IT Helpdesk operations at GECW/GESBI known as Central Helpdesk (CHD). Its 24*7 support, which provides onsite and remote support to branches across India.
