PREFACE On-the-job Training is an important undertaking of every student under the course BS Industrial Technology. It prepares the student to become skilled and competent industrial worker in his respective field of specialization. The training is composed of actual exposure to hotel operations, actual hands- on experience on the operation of various tools and equipment, and a chance to work along long ride with workmates in the hotel. The main goal of this technical endeavor is to improve the skills and performance of the students in various tasks and work assignment. For this narrative report documents all the activities and experiences of the student while on training.
