?Whats physics

Physics is a systematic study of the natural world, a discipline that attempts to quantify reality through a precise application of observation coupled with logic and reason

Physics is the scientific study of matter and energy and how they interact with each other

motion, light, electricity, radiation, gravity matter on scales ranging from sub-atomic particles (i.e. the particles that make up the atom and the particles that make up those particles) to stars and even .entire galaxies

How Physics Works It uses scientific method to formulate & Test hypothesis Hypothesis is based on observation of real world Major goal is to formulate scintific laws using the results These laws are generally in mathematical form to understand different phenomena

   

Fields of Physics the study of sound & - Acoustics sound waves the study of space - Astronomy the study of the physical - Astrophysics properties of objects in space the study of atoms, - Atomic Physics specifically the electron properties of the atom

    

the study of physics in living - Biophysics  systems Chaos - the study of systems with strong  sensitivity to initial conditions the study of physics in - Chemical Physics chemical systems Computational Physics - the application of numerical methods to solve physical problems for which a quantitative theory already exists
