Meeting of the Flagler Beach City Commission / September 26, 2002 The following motion was written in the negative, so it's easy to come to the wrong conclusion about the outcome. Motion by Commissioner Vath, seconded by Commissioner Mulvany, not to sell potable water or sewer services beyond the boundaries of Flagler Beach from this point further, except for those existing customers. Tbe motion carried three to two, with member voting as follows: Commissioner Busch, against, Commissioner Cross, Against, Commissioner Evans, For, Commissioner Mulvaney, For, Commissioner Vath, For. Recap: Busch & Cross -- (2) Voted Against, not selling potable water or sewer services, i.e., they voted for selling. Evans, Mulvaney & Vath -- (3) Voted For, i.e., not selling potable water or sewer services
