SELLING STRATEGY I.

Prospecting & Qualifying a.) Company Sources Talicacies shop conducted a survey or information interview in Cavite City. The place have the potential customers that identify the people which is interested in the new taste of graham balls with Indian almond nuts from talisay trees that has benefits for the consumer. b.) External Sources Talicacies shop have researched in the internet that most of the people in Cavite City wants sweets products that’s why Talicacies Shop choose the “sweet surrender“ as the brand mark of the store because the people will surrender their money just to taste the sweetness of their product. c.) Salesperson’s Network Building a relationship in a group of people who’s interested buying sweets products located at Cavite City.

Qualifying a.) Types of customers The customers of Talicacies company is individual buyer, most of the people in Cavite City wants sweet products. They are not just considering the taste of the product but also the nutrients of it. They create the product to make customers satisfaction. b.) Product

Indian Almond Graham balls is a nutritious product that talicacies made. It may also give gift for their love ones or they called it “ Pasalubong”. Albols is the product which came from ALmond(Indian almond) and Bols (Graham Balls) . It is made of Graham crushed ,Almond crushed and milk. c.) Features and Benefits Albols is a unique product combined by Graham crush,Almond nuts, and milk. It is different from other local graham balls. There is a nutritious benefits in albols, that is B6, vit. B12, vit. C, vit. D, vit. Protein, carbohydrates, potassium and calcium.

Approach Before they meet the prospect First, they conducted initial researched to the target prospect to gathered information to be aware on how they can make a good “first impression last”, by greetings and give what they need and wants.

Presentation and Demonstration The business will show the benefits of the product, actual packaging,brand mark and product name.

Trial Close Pre-closure and trial close it is about asking a question about the prospective and the products or how can you rate the product. Also to ask the opinion of the prospect. Having a great relationship with the prospective customers by sharing some information about the said products and the experience of the customers. They can also read the mind of the prospective by talking, changing conversation that all about the business to assess their needs and wants. Assuming that the customers bought the product because it helps to build relationship between the salesperson and customers.

Determine and Overcoming Objections Prospects hesitate to buy the product because they are comfused to the price and they badly need to know their needs and wants. They are not totally ready to buy the products.

Closing the sale a.) Techniques used for closing the sale i.

Alternative-choice -

Offering the customer a product and asking them a question such as: “which do you prefer sweets or slightly sweet?” or asking them what they preferred for.

Minor points -

Telling the customer about the level of sweetness of the product Albols and ask him/her which he/she prefer.

iii.

Assumptive -

Asking the customers if they achieve their satisfaction what they need for.

iv.

Summary-of-benefits -

The benefits of the product that you can get nutrients in albols are iron, B6, vit. B12, vit. C, vit. D, protein, carbohydrates,, potassium and calcium.

VIII. Follow-up a.) Salespeople follow-up When the customers purchased at the shop I will give them a feedback form to know if they satisfied in our product, if they enjoyed eating product, their opinions, and I will ask something about the product. Because of that feedback form the store or product may correct what is wrong from their opinions and suggestion.
