The present study mainly aims at NEED OF identifying various services offered to corporate clients by HDFC SLIC and THESIS BHARATI AXA. The study is conducted to understand which company is offering better services to the corporate clients. My study is totally focused on the needs and requirements of the corporate clients and the approach of insurance companies to close a deal. OBJECTIVES •To study, the various services provided by HDFC Standard Life Insurance with Bharti AXA to corporate clients. •To understand the effectiveness of various services offered by HDFC Standard Life Insurance & Bharti AXA •To understand the insurance needs and risk coverage for the corporate clients.

•To find out which company is offering good services and taking less premium from the corporate clients. •To study the various Marketing strategies followed by sales Executives in obtaining bulk clients. •To differentiate the insurance coverage offered by Bharti AXA with HDFC SLIC.

Interpretation: From the above graph, I classified HDFC SLIC has same premiums from their corporate clients to the individual customers. Where as in case of BHARATI AXA different premiums.

Interpretation: I Classified HDFC SLIC promoted their services mainly focusing through their Telephone and Mails when compare to Letters and Direct Contact. BHARTI AXA promoted their services mainly focusing through their Telephone and Direct contact when compare to Mails and Letters.

FINDINGS •HDFC SLIC is giving equal treatment for both corporate clients and Individual Clients. •BHARATI AXA is differentiated with different policies. •HDFC SLIC having equal premiums to their corporate clients where as in case of BHARATI AXA has low premiums. •The satisfaction levels of HDFC SLIC are more than BHARATI AXA.

•Clients are having some bad notion that BHARATHI AXA is charging higher prices for its services when compare to the HDFC SLIC. •Different clients are having different opinions about the services provided by the organization like some are satisfied, dis-satisfied, and neutral. •Customers are satisfied with the knowledge given by employees about organization policies.

CONCLUSION My study regarding various services offered to corporate clients by HDFC SLIC with BHARATI AXA given me very good knowledge regarding the services offered by both organizations. The entire duration I spent on learning the services provided to their corporate clients. Clients are satisfied provided by the organization services.
