CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Conclusions: Street food is ready-to-eat food or drink sold by a vendor, in a street or other public place, as at a market or fair. It is often sold from a portable food booth, food cart, or food truck and meant for immediate consumption. Some street foods are regional, but many have spread beyond their region of origin. Most street foods are classed as both finger food and fast food, and are cheaper on average than restaurant meals. According to a 2007 study from the Food and Agriculture Organization, 2.5 billion people eat street food every day. After selling of street foods the Street Fighter’s conclude that street food proves to show the good that it can pose for people. Since the people today are being practical and try to save money. Street food therefore allows consumptions even in small amount, in order to somehow quench hunger and it is also practical to purchase because of its affordable price. According to our customers the street foods that were selling is flavourful and tasty and the lemonade is very refreshing. A street food doesn’t consume a lot of time to cook and it is also easy to prepare. They also get impress with our creative serving style. Today, people may purchase street food for a number of reasons, such as convenience, to get flavourful food for a reasonable price in a sociable setting, to try ethnic cuisines. We also learned that if we a have a business, we should always kept all the receipt of our expenses and list down the total of our income every day. In order to have a successful business and to help us always monitor our business to avoid failures.

Recommendations: Since selling street foods can be an example of a good business because a lot of people were buying it because of its affordable price and unique taste. It’s also consider as one of ethnic cuisines, we recommend that our Government should build a building where all of the street vendors in the province of Dumarao can sell their street foods not only because it is popular kind of snack that can quench hunger but it also a way to preserves our Filipino Culture. Instead of buying expensive foods to experience unique taste of food they can buy street foods. We also recommend that all the entrepreneurs should always participate in the programs of training that can help them in their budgeting and managing skills.

Then consolidate your data for the entire 3 days exhibit. 1. Did the business earn? -Yes 2. What business transaction did the bulk of expenses go to? - The bulk of expenses go to the payments for buying ingredients for our products and some utensils that we use in selling. 3. What were your experiences in writing down the income and expenses of the business for 3 days? - We experience a lot of stress in writing down our income and expenses for the entire 3 days of our activity because we loosed some of our receipt and we also forgot to list down our income. We had a hard time in remembering but at the same time we enjoyed and learned that if you want to become a successful entrepreneur and to know if your business is earning, you should always list down and count the money you spent and the money you earned in that way you can monitor your business to avoid failures. We learned a lot from this activity, we learned on how to entertain or encourage customers to buy our products, on how to manage a business and many more. So if we given a chance to sell again we will not do the same mistake we make in our first experience.
