The diagram shows that sixty-five percent (65%) of the total respondents answered that their illness was accumulated due to the different environmental factors. Minority of the respondents or thirty-five percent said that they inherited their illness from their parents. This suggests that most of the respondents experiencing diabetes mellitus acquired this illness by accumulating it. This is due to the different environmental factors which are the kind of lifestyle that the respondents have.

The diagram shows that sixty-five percent (65%) of the total respondents answered that they go for check-ups. Majority of the respondents answered yes, and thirty-five percent (35%) of the total respondents said no. This presents the number of respondents who had accumulated diabetes mellitus and those who obtained hereditary their present condition. This suggests that larger number of people accumulates diabetes mellitus, this may be caused by the wide spread high-sugar containing products and even unhealthy, and unproductive lifestyle.

The graph shows that twenty-five percent (25%) of the total respondents always go for check-up. Somehow ten percent (10%) of the total respondents answered that they never go for a check-up. This means that the twenty-five percent (25%) of the total respondents believe that going for a check-up serves as their monitor for their present condition

The graph shows that forty-five percent (45%) of the total respondents show that they are using synthetic medicine. On the opposite side, ten percent (10%) said that they both intake Herbal and Synthetic medicine or no medicine intake at all. This means that forty-five percent (45%) of the total respondents believed that synthetic medicine is more efficient than herbal medicine.

The chart above shows that thirty-five percent (35%) of the questioned respondents answered that they are using ampalaya as a herbal medicine and no one or zero percent (0%) take banaba as their herbal medicine.

This graph presents that fifty percent (50%) of the total respondents takes oral synthetic medicine than injectables which is only five percent (5%). As most respondents are aware of the danger behind injectables, therefore they prefer to take synthetic medicines orally.

This graph shows that sixty-five percent (65%) of the total respondents answered that they are monitoring their diet. On the other hand thirty-five percent (35%) of all the respondents answered that they are not aware of monitoring their diet. This means that sixty-five percent (65%) of the total respondents believed that monitoring their diet contributes to help lessen their severity of their condition

This chart shows that thirty-five percent (35%) of the total respondents answered that they prefer to have a low-fat diet. Somehow thirty percent (30%) of the respondents prefer to have a high-fiber diet. This suggests that thirty-five percent (35%) of the total respondents prefer a lowfat diet because it is necessary to have that kind of diet for their condition.

This graph shows that fifty-five percent (55%) of the total respondents answered that they have a regular exercise. Meanwhile forty-five percent (45%) of the total respondents answered that they do not exercise regularly. This means that fifty-five percent (55%) of the total respondents believed that exercising regularly can help them cope up with their condition.

Fifty-five percent (55%) of the total respondents replied that their current situation affects their social live as shown in the graph; while forty-five percent (45%) of the total respondents answered that their condition doesn’t affect their social lives.

In this figure, forty-five percent (45%) of the total respondents replied that their condition always needed to limit sweet intake. While Fifty percent (50%) of the total respondents answered that their condition doesn’t affect their socialization.
