PMO Reporting Guide (1/2) • ILC codes registered by AMS members will be recorded per activity code defined in previous page. • However PMO needs to perform additional activities to obtain hours used for all services defined in SOW, in order to obtain work hours that will be used as Basis of following months workload forecast. • Below is the calculation overview of how hours needed to be converted. #

• JP SAP members will be recording hours via Excel tool. Hours will be calculated as is. • DPE, Global Managers, PMO will record hours on ILC. Hours recorded by them will be converted to “AMS Project Management Service- Service Management”
