How to become a Stockist? Stockists are designated by Amega at our discretion. Affiliates wishing to become stockists must send in signed Application forms to the Amega Singapore office. Upon approval of applications, Stockists can order up to a maximum of 330 products. Amega Global offers a cash discount of 560$ for 1 stock lot ordered and in increments of 140$ for each 11 from thereon, provided the payment through efunds is less than 50%. Example:

As Amega Global continuous to grow globally reaching more than 120 countries, with our affiliates widespread over large areas in different corners of the world, Amega recognizes the need to better service the growing demand of our Affiliates. With this in mind Amega Global is proud to present the Distribution Center (DC) system. DISTRIBUTION CENTER ORDERING FROM A DC Affiliates now have the option to order from either the Country Agent, the central office of Amega in a Country or from the Distribution Center, Amega's approved distributors in a City. With this, members of Amega can now order products from a distributor within their city, this will lessen the shipment timeframe and thus giving you more time to work on your networking. In order to become a Distribution Center the Affiliate is required to be an approved Stockist with a Leadership status of at Diamond at least. The Afffiliate is required to fill up an application form. The form is available only at the Singapore office as Affiliates who are applying will be reviewed. The Distribution Center will be approved after a thorough whetting of the Application by the company.

ORDERING OF A DC FROM LLC

For a first time DC order the minimum order is 528 products paid in full cash. All subsequent orders must be for a minimum quantity of 528 products or in increments of 132 thereafter (e.g. 660, 792...) All payments to be made to Amega Global LLC to the designated Bank Accounts. The DC will have to send a request for the list of products that he wants to order. Amega Global LLC will process the order and will only be dispatched after payment has been realized by the Company.

How to Sign-up and Purchase? The Sponsor plays a vital role in assisting the prospect at the sign-up stage. A person can only sign up by purchasing a product

a. From Stockists Products can be purchased from Stockists by the Sponsor by paying cash/Efunds at the time of purchase. Upon purchase of product(s), the stockist will transfer the IDs corresponding to the products purchased. The sponsor has to sign-up the prospect by entering his personal details and activating the sign up using the IDs transferred. This feature is available in the Cyberoffice. b. Purchase products

c. Using Efunds

Prospects can be signed up by activating the account using the online purchase feature available in the Cyberoffice. The sponsor can use one of his IDs to sign up the prospect. The products will then be shipped out to the address entered by the Sponsor for the prospect.

The name, products of your choice and other details should be typed correctly and the onus for the same rests upon the Sponsor. Take note that changes in placement will only be allowed by the system within 24 hrs. Wrongly keyed-in details like Introducer BA, Owner Name and Owner ID will not be entertained by the company, for this will be considered as negligence

Minimum commission release amount is USD 60.00 Maximum commission release amount is USD 5,000.00 All commissions will be paid in India Rupees (INR). The company would be deducting TDS (Tax Deductible at Source) on all commission releases. The TDS will be 10% of the total commission release. A surcharge of 3% of the TDS will also be deducted from the commission released. The TDS and the Surcharge deduction are as per the Income Tax rules and regulations. Exchange rate is capped at INR 43 = USD 1

Cheques will only be issued in favour of the BA owner Name, as entered in our system. Please ensure Bank details are duly filled-in in your Cyber Office. All commission release requests will be processed on subsequent Fridays.

Please be informed that if the commission payment does not reach you, you are to inform us within 7 days of the non-credit of commission into your Bank Account.

How to make payment? Once the order has been placed and confirmed, you can arrive at the amount payable by converting the USD figure to INR using a fixed rate of INR 47 per USD. Payment can be remitted using online transfer/TT to our bank account as mentioned below:

INDIA Dear Leaders and Affiliates, In tune with the recent updates and financial regulations, Amega Global is proud to announce the following:

No Commission to eFunds transfer and there would be no RV to Efunds transferThe system will not allow affiliates to transfer commission or RV to efunds. Amega Global had the feature to transfer Commissions to Efunds in order for leaders to collect Efunds from Affiliates and release commission as there was no office to do commission Release. Affiliates can continue to redeem products from the company using their RV.

Automatic Commission Release The system would automatically release commissions on Mondays and Thursdays, provided there is more than 60$ accumulated in the commission statement. This ensures instant rewards and realization of their hard work for Affiliates.

TDS for Purchase of Products using Commission Since Commission earned by Affiliates is equivalent to cash, Amega Global will be deducting TDS (10% TDS and 3% surcharge) for all purchases of products using Commission / RV.

Pay Direct Card to Affiliates: Amega Global has tied up with ICICI Bank to provide Pay-Direct Debit cards to our Affiliates as a means to release their commission. These cards are available at a nominal charge of Rs. 400 + Admin charges. This amount would be commission deductible. These cards are issued only to Diamonds and above.

With these implementations, Amega Global has met a long standing request from Affiliates to regularise the flow of Efunds. This also helps in easing tax-related issues as TDS is collected during commission release Please be informed that the above mentioned measures will come into effect from 01-10-2008 Happy Networking!!
