Amc Letter

The Registrar Cochin University of Science and Technology Cochin – 16 Ref: 1 ) FIN. 1/ 33-0/2006-07 2 ) NCAAH/ 2008-09/408 3) Sir, As per the reference cited 2nd request was made for the diversion of Rs. 1, 27,000.00 which was provided during the year 2007-08 for the same purpose during 2008-09. It may also be noted under the sanctioned grant of the 1, 50,000.00 for the year 2008-09 under the head repair and maintance. as per the reference cited 3 rd , under this an amount of Rs 22,301.00 is left unspent. Therefore I request that subsequent to diversion as requested above sanction may kindly be accounted to entire in to annual maintance contract for the equipments as per the list attached. Accordingly total amount required for AMC is Rs. 1, 49,968.00 and to satisfy the requirement an additional amount of Rs. 667.00 may also be diverted. Sanction may also be accounted to draw as advance an amount of Rs. 1, 49,968.00 towards AMC for the equipments as listed. Yours faithfully I.S. Bright Singh
