Aluat frantuzesc Timp de preparare: cca 1/4 ora. Durata dospirii: 1 ora. Cca 720 kcal/portie. Ingrediente 400 g faina 1 lingurita praf de copt 1 lingurita sare 150 g unt sau margarina 2 oua Mod de preparare 1.Din ingrediente se framanta un aluat compact. Se infasoara intr-o carpa umeda si se pune la rece in frigider timp de o ora. 2.Se intinde in forma de placinta sau de marimea unei tavi. Se incalzeste cuptorul la 220C. Se unge o tava, se pune aluatul, se impunge cu furculita in mai multe locuri si se acopera dupa gust. Se lasa la cuptor 20-25 minute.
