The maintenance agreement will cover the hardware & software problems.
2.
The maintenance agreement will take without parts.
3.
The duration of agreement will be twelve months (12 months) from the date of signing.
4.
The maintenance service shall be provided all working days between 10 AM to 6 PM.
5.
The 100% amount of contract shall be paid in advance while signing the contract papers.
6.
Consumables like print ribbons, ink cartridge, heads, adaptor, batteries, floppies, stationary et., are not covered in the agreement.
