Two Sales officer and 2 Tsi were reporting to me, my area of operation was entire West Rajasthan. My job offered me flexibility, as I was doing the forecast, sales schemes, Demand generation schemes, Scrutinising C&f agent and his staff in day to day sales and supply effectiveness.

My job assignment was to collect payments, get orders from dealers and meet the influencers like painters and contractors. SHALIMAR PAINTS LTD FROM 01/04/95 to 06/06/2002 AREA SUPERVISIOR Started my job career with Shalimar paints, as AREA SUPERVISOR, among other routine job of collection of payment and order, I got my self involved in relation building with the dealers, and later on it was realised that how important it was to survive in this tough territory were Shalimar paints was a very small player in front of giants like Asian , Berger and Goodlass-Nerolac , during my days in Shalimar I had made a point that every shop should have at least a product of ours.
