Next Meeting Our next meeting will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 4:30pm at the AIA Los Angeles Chapter office, located at 3780 Wilshire Blvd., 8th floor, Los Angeles CA 90010. This month’s program is: “Discussion and Comparison of Healthcare Construction Project Delivery Methods by Examining Cost, Quality, Schedule, and Control Ownership” and is presented by DPR, McCarthy, and Turner Construction. They will share their experiences with Design/Bid/Build, CM @ Risk, Design Build, and Integrated Project Delivery through a panel discussion. Emphasis will be on healthcare projects throughout California. Panelists: Bert Hurlbut – Turner Construction Company Ron Rendina – DPR Construction Bruce Nelson – McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.
