Pamm’s House Child Care Agreement This Child Care Agreement is presented to prevent misunderstandings between us. Collecting money is not my favorite task. Two things that put pressure on me are when payment is not received on time, and if parents are early for morning drop-off or late for pick-up at the end of the day. Remember, at the end of my day I’ve been working for at least 11 or 12 hours (prep and cleaning time plus child care plus caring for my own family.)

DROP OFF & PICK UP Your arrival/pickup time is Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm. There will be a $20 fee for early drop-off or late pick-up due before your child can return the next day to child care. Children will not be allowed to attend child care until this fee is received. Note: No drop-offs or pick-ups between 11am and 2pm.

PAYMENT & RECEIPT Your weekly payment of $ ___________ is due Friday morning at drop-off (or no later than 11am on Fridays) for the following week. If this arrangement is not followed, a standard fee of $20 each occurrence will be charged. Children will not be allowed to attend child care until payment and late fees (if applicable) are received. [NOTE: No refunds are given for child care payments or deposits. Child care availability is determined on a space by space basis, not attendance.] A yearly receipt will be provided to you by Email (or printed upon request) in January with the total of all payments made from the year before.

DEPOSIT I require “First and Last” week‘s payment for child care. A deposit of $ ________ is due, in full, no later than _____________ to cover your last week of care. I require at least a two week notice to drop your child from my care. If proper notice is given, this deposit will be applied to your last week of care. If no notice or only a one week notice is given to terminate care, the deposit will be forfeited. To claim your deposit, you must request it be used for your last week of care no later than two weeks before your child’s last day of care.

POLICY AGREEMENT This certifies that the parents/guardians of the above named child have read and agreed to the above Child Care Agreement, Pamm’s House Bite Policy, and the Pamm’s House Handbook. Parents have also provided accurate information on the Child’s Biography and other Pamm’s House paperwork.
