Agreement On being approached by Mr ____________________ I have agreed to let out the flat in my house No. F-173, P. C. Colony, Kankarbag, Patna to Mr _______________________With effect from 01st May 2007 on which date Mr _____________________would take possession of the flat on a monthly rent of Rs. 1800/- for 13(thirteen) month on the following terms and conditions:1. The payment of electric consumptions is separate and will liable to be brone by Mr __________________ every month. 2. The flat will be let out for residential occupation for the present Mr ________________and that the occupant shall have no right to sub-let or transfer this flat in full or in part. 3. The house will be on monthly tenancy basis and the payment of the rent shall have to be made by the bank within the first week of the next month. 4. The occupation shall have no right to raise any construction thereon of any kind, temporary or permanent, unless with the specific permission from the undersigned. 5. The possession of the flat will be handed over to Mr __________________ in good condition. 6. The general maintenance and ordinary repairs of the flat shall be of landlord’s responsibility and it shall be white washed once in every three year.
