Workshop Instructor: Narendra Asher Narendra is a Principal Consultant at QAI and has been involved in driving and implementing organization wide Quality and Process Improvement initiatives. He has over 22+ years of total professional experience. He has been a Six-Sigma Blackbelt since last 6 years. He has worked as Process architect for Agile quality management systems in two multinational corporations, as quality manager and SEPG/metrics head in two large Indian software outsourcing companies. He has worked with companies like Crompton Greaves Ltd., CG-CoreEL Logic systems, General Electric Transportation Systems, L&T Infotech Ltd. Patni Computer Systems, NXP Semiconductors (formerly Philips semiconductors), Agilent Technologues. Through his employers has also worked in partnership mode with several multi-national companies and organizations like ABB-Switzerland, Hitachi, Invensys power systems, Xilinx INC., General Motors, Indian Railways, Samsung, NEC corporation and several small and mid sized companies in Asia Pacific region.

Workshop Objectives This course provides two days of experience in managing and controlling Agile Software Testing projects, looking at the underlying philosophy and motivation for this trend in software testing /development and examining the core practices. The course does not teach any specific tool or technique but provides an introduction to the Agile Methods that will enable the participants to make informed decisions regarding practices that will be effective for their own organizations.
