AFFIDAVIT I, ALLAN S. DAVID, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Ferraris Sara,Iloilo, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law depose and say: That I am the designated watcher of the running Barangay Captain candidate Bernardo Espura during the 2018 Barangay and SK elections held last May 14, 2018 at Ferraris Elementary School. That I witnessed that several votes in favor of the running Brgy. Captain candidate Bernardo Espura was declared invalid because his name was written in the first line of Kagawad during the canvassing of votes. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing circumstances. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby affix my signature this 17th day of May 2018 in Sara, Iloilo, Philippines.
